Customer Ratings & Reviews

Never had an issue with my PlayStation 4 it came as it was described and I would definitely recommend people buy refurbished rather than a resale on other platforms.

Very happy with this purchase.. it’s like new I played 18 hr on it and didn’t have one issue

Doing exactly what I ordered it for! Keeping me gaming while I'm trying to slowly assemble a PC. Works great, plays Bloodborne like a dream, it'll absolutely be staying with me until I upgrade to a PS5. If I ever need to. The sale I got it during also meant the price was just right.

The PlayStation 4 console is in mint new condition! No scratches. Blue ray player works perfectly. New controller. System software working accurately. Thank you best buy team for great purchase and savings.

I enjoy playing my games with friends from school, and im also enjoying playing other games that i couldnt previously. Overall satisfied

Just like new! Very Satisfied, easy to order and order arrived on the same date it was promised. Overall, 10/10.

Everything works really well and I really enjoy it

It works, but it arrived dirty and sticky all over it. This item was for a birthday gift. And it looked like I pulled it out of the dumpster. I could have probably found a nicer console at a pawn shop.

Received the console and opened it to install a bigger hard drive only to discover that the console was not cleaned. Chat customer support setup a Geek Squad appointment. Dropped of console for cleaning. Returned for pick up only to be informed that they are not allowed to open the console. Certified refurbished means that they will make sure the console runs and clean the outside.

Amazing for the price I would buy again I just with they had the Xbox in stock

controller won’t work unless plugged up, and won’t connect to the internet half the time

It worked my son is so happy IM impressed by how you guys fixed it and it works very well

Item didn’t work. The system was corrupt and wouldn’t allow to play any games. The console which came with us was cracked. Item was returned to Best Buy. First and last time buying anything refurbished.

This item was simply mind blowing on how they could ship it in a box without any protection. We got it right n time for my daughter Christmas last year. It was busted up but it did work fine. Didn’t have the time to go to Best Buy and fight with them. Because she was going back to Texas. So I ate the money I spent and won’t be ordering anything refurbished again.

Everytine i play a game it kicks me out with error codes that dint work and it wont let ke sign into ky microsft account:(

Damaged product. The joystick R2 key was damaged, the console is having heavy scratches on the top.

I was a little hesitant buying at first considering I saw a few negative reviews, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised. My PS4 came in great condition. I do admit the packaging was a little sketchy (just a box and bubble wrap) but it was perfect. No dents, scartches, or anything for that matter. Looks good as new and is perfectly functional. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and play it almost everyday, no problems. Maybe I got lucky?? Regardless, I highly recommend. ESP for the price *insert drool emoji* Worse case scenario, you could always return!!

After seeing some of the horror stories from people ordering refurbished PS4s from Gamestop, I decided to look at Best Buy. Quite happy I did. Better price and the system arrived well packaged with all the cables and the right controller. It runs great, too. Just as well as the Slim I had to leave behind. System and controller were clean with the expected scratches for a used system.

I purchased a refurbished PlayStation 4, and I couldn’t be happier with it. It arrived in great condition, works perfectly, and I haven’t experienced any issues. Everything runs smoothly, and the console performs like new. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable refurbished PS4.

I used all day, never have problems with the machine
