Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently purchased this product. It arrived in good condition. The setup was straightforward. The performance has been consistent and reliable. I would recommend it to others.

So far so good. I've never heard of Geekom before. But the specs looked good for the price point. Also my first time going with and AMC CPU. I've had this for almost 2 months now and it's been great so far. The Ryzen 9, 2tb ssd, and 32gb ram is what made me go with the A8 AI unit. No lag what so ever. Everything opens up fast and smooth. Even when I come back from a shut down, where I click to open chrome, and it opens up my previous 30-40 tabs, everything opens up so smoothly compared to my other 16gb ram laptops and Intels. I use this mainly for web browsing, media, stock trading with multiple charts. I have connected 2 4k monitors to it as well.

Great mini PC! Super fast with multiple tabs and dual 4K monitors, incredibly compact, and comes with a clean Windows install with no bloatware. Setup was easy, performance is smooth, and it runs quietly. Highly recommend!

Loving this little guy so far! Great home desktop set-up! Snappy and energy efficient. I jusr wished it came with 32 gbs of RAM instead of 16, but I understand they have to cut cost somewhere with how price of RAM has gone up.

Came faster than expected and was well packaged. The footprint is amazingly small for what is under the hood. Very pleased with everything about it to date. Easy set and and it just works. The best part is it wasn't loaded with all the bloatware and crap you get from HP's, Dells, Lenovos, ... By far and away the cleanest PC I have every purchased. I don't think Geekom added anything other than a clean windows install. You do get all the Windows junk to clean out but that isn't on them. All in all it was a great experience. Hope it last the test of time now.

Exactly what I was looking for, small and compact yet powerful with alot of storage. I've only had it for a few weeks and plan to take it on a long expedition I am going on. We will see if it holds up.

A much smaller in size computer than I was expecting. Fast and Geek Squad move and installed most of my software. Had some hard to find and not currently supported software. Fast based on my old computer. Have enough ports of everything I need. Quite no fan noise.

So far the computer is doing good. Fast and compact size. The only things I don't like about it is, not enough of usb ports and the external jack for head phones and external speakers should be in the back of the computer or one in the front and one in the back of it.

The reason I got this product in the first place was to browse and play games while I travel. I did some test on it and honestly runs pretty good. Easy to pack and easy set up.

Awesome product, runs all of my CAD and slicing software. Mounted to the back of my monitors for great space saving on my deak

It's my lil BEAST ~ I love how simple this little 5x5 box does so much in such a small package. Highly recommend this PC to anyone.

I am very happy with this purchase. I am not a gamer, but I suppose the A* AI model could hold its own in most gaming applications. It is excellent for what I do, though. At the time, Best Buy had the most competitive pricing, and it arrived within 3-4 days. Came preinstalled with Windows 11 Pro. Very easy to set up.

The product is exactly what you see. Memory is low and will struggle if you are running RAM heavy things. Other than that it works well

Surprise of the size. Speed is a little slower than my alien.

This is a wonderful option to getting a full size computer. I'm able to run 3 monitors and conduct zoom calls, and create digital products. This was super easy to set up and I would recommend this option over a desktop.

I’m extremely happy with my GEEKOM mini PC! It’s compact, quiet, fast and doesn’t overheat. It runs smoothly, takes up almost no space, and even gives you the option to expand the storage. Excellent performance in such a small computer—I highly recommend it!

Seems fast enough. Tightly packaged. I like it. It has a 1GB SSD

Product has a tremendous amount of features in a small desktop space. Can be upgraded if necessary. Bought fan to add additional cooling to make sure product is constantly at room temperature or below.

Replaced an old windows 10 desktop with this mini. Super fast and perfect for my needs. Also, great price for what’s in this palm sized unit

Awesome computer, been using it for gaming, and movies.
