Honestly, this mini PC is surprisingly powerful for its size. Everything runs super smooth, fast boot, no lag even with heavy multitasking. The Ryzen 9 + 32GB RAM combo handles work, editing, and daily use easily.

I set this up in just a couple of minutes. Its really lightweight and small, so even though it came with a wall bracket, I just put it behind the monitor. Its so small it doesn't show. I also like how it works with my widescreen monitor right away and doesnt make any noise like my old desktop.

This miniPC is the most worthwhile one I have ever bought. Its performance is excellent, efficient operation, and dual LAN ports provide great help and convenience for my work. And its size is very small, I highly recommend everyone to purchase and experience this.

My wife has some specific needs for her computing and online businesses, so I researched this computer purchase extensively, and purchased it only after believing it was the best choice for her. I have not been disappointed in any way. It set up easily and has performed flawlessly for her needs, and as expected and hoped. The product deserves five stars. Sadly, the post-purchase experience with Best Buy has been as disappointing as the product has been successful. I've never made a large purchase from Best Buy before. THE reason I purchased from Best Buy, rather than another supplier, was the option to purchase a Geek Squad service plan...the only information I saw indicated this was a definite option...no indication at all this product was no eligible. So, when I went to sign up for the plan...lots of "I'm sorry", and other apologies and regrets. Zero satisfaction. 30 minutes of my life wasted. So...now I have experienced Best Buy. Score: Geekom mini computer -- 5 Stars. Best Buy -- zero. Lesson learned about shopping at Best Buy in the future: "don't do it."
