I installed it for only 1 month and I am very happy with it. A powerful machine, very fast. 5 seconds to power on only 5 seconds to power off. Transfer of files very fast. I will see if it's still respond like that after 6 months and I will give an other rating and I hope it will be 5 stars....quite sure.

"IT" is small, very small. It has an outrageous number of ports, can drive 4K and 8K monitors as well as HDMI. Audio and microphone. And an SD card port too. It boots from the dead in under 14 seconds, jumps up from sleep in less than 4 seconds, and can go beddie-by in under 3 seconds. Wi-Fi is strong and fast, ethernet can do 1Gbps. Backup to USB-3.2 external drives is miraculosly fast. And with all that, it runs everything fast, and at the same time. Never bought a better PC.

Small form factor and a great little package. The boxing is better than the average pc and will work great in the law office I installed them.

Powerful small machine. It will handle all your programs easily. Not for gamers as the gpu is Intel Iris. With 32gb RAM more than enough to run several works at once. Big storage with 2tb SSD. I am not an expert but this pc mini goes easy and smooth. Recommended for small businees and home use.

Very satisfied with this purchase. The product is reliable, easy to use, and performs exactly as expected. Good quality for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Great features for the money. It's pre-loaded with a bunch of stuff I don't need. I like the compact size, takes up less space. It's on the desk not the dusty floor. Good job Geekom!

I recently bought this device thinking it was a better direction for my needs (mostly webpages and remote work). I just hooked it up via power, 2 monitors, and Ethernet cable. From the start, I noticed the Ethernet was not working. I opted to try connecting to WiFi for the moment. I performed all the Windows updates, then downloaded the driver to the Ethernet (LAN) from Geekom site, updated the Ethernet driver (Intel Ethetnet Controller I226-V version 2.1.3.15) but still not working. I did confirm I am using right cable (minimum needs Cat6, I am using Cat8). I performed network resets as well. I called Geekom, they could not help me over the phone as I did everything already in their "script" to assist. Today is Friday, January 16, he said to send an email to their support team so they can let me know how to proceed or have it sent in. I sent the email and got an auto reply they are not working due to holiday weekend...smh its mid-day Friday so I won't get a reply until Tuesday next week. I have to say, I am highly disappointed on this since its a new device and my first time trying to connect it. Specs look good on paper, but for now if you are going to use Ethernet (which is faster and more reliable than WiFi), I'd suggest stay clear of Geekom devices. I will provide an update once i get a reply and hopefully a solution from Geekom. For now, I very disappointed and can't do much with this device.
