This film exceeded my expectations And continues to assert Mel Gibson as a rough talking street wise thug like his character Porter from Payback. In fact this movie has many similarities to Payback and that could be the reason I liked it so much. Mel slowed down and quit acting for awhile and returned with the underrated Edge Of Darkness and now with Get The Gringo I'm getting excited to see what comes next from our Australian American bad-a**

This movie was good. Totally caught me by surprise. Lots of action, some violence, and some humor. If you liked the movie "Payback" , then you should like this movie.

I bought this movie because it was inexpensive and would be worth a watch. It turned out to be much better than i had initially expected.

This is a great come back movie of Mel Gibson. This movie was tailored for him to play. It's almost like a combination of Lethal Weapon sequels. Loved and enjoyed it!!

Mel doing what he does best. Yeah its a formula, but if it works for those who like it, why change it. It still beats alot of the other stuff that's out there. Kinda like what you expect from a Bruce Willis film.
