Easily the best game I've played in a long time. Furthermore came in excellent condition and the DLC is a must have so just getting the director's cut is the best way to get everything in one go.

Looks great on PS4. Great RPG, Director's cut well worth it, especially for that price point. I wish I played sooner, but glad I waited to buy the edition that included the director cut.

This game is fantastic. The graphics are super cool. The game play is fun and unique. I love open-world games, and this keeps the areas challenging enough that you won't get bored with all of the side quests. I really enjoyed the different fighting styles that you have to change up for different opponents, and the story kept you engaged until the end. Highly recommended if you like open-world games. In my opinion, it is not the best game in the genre, but it is definitely worth playing once you get through the higher-rated games and are looking for something new.

There was a lot of hype and praise for this game, so I blindly bought it when it was on sale. Personally, it didn't hook me in like other games like God of War or Spider-Man - those games are 5 stars for me. I feel the enemy A.I is dumb and not highly intelligent/or have natural human movements, like you see in the enemies for Spider-Man. The characters move kind of clunky too. I mean, I think most games are just similar and just reskinned for different themes, like Batman Arkham Knight, or even Mad Max. I actually enjoyed Mad Max (underrated game) more than this game. If you love Samurai themes, then I guess you will instantly love this game. The black and white Kurosawa theme mode is pretty cool addition.

There is a lot that can be said about this game, fantastic combat/swordplay, a beautiful open world landscape, gripping Cinematic story, and period correct lore. The black friday price made buying from bestbuy and opting for the $10 Playstation 5 upgrade through sony the most cost effective route to achieving this. Very happy with my purchase here.

5 star game! I'm about 10 hours into it and it's incredible. The story, action, visuals, and experience really make it a great experience so far if you like adventure and action games. No complaints. It also was the best price around, by 20%, and shipped fast.

Five stars doesn't feel like enough for Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut on PS4. This game is an absolute triumph, blending stunning visuals, fluid combat, and a deeply compelling story into an unforgettable experience. Even if you played the original, the Director's Cut adds meaningful content and enhancements that make it worth revisiting. **What makes it so good?** * **Visual Spectacle:** Ghost of Tsushima is simply breathtaking. From the swaying fields of pampas grass to the vibrant autumn forests, every frame is a work of art. The photo mode is incredibly robust, allowing you to capture the beauty of the world in stunning detail. * **Refined Combat:** The combat system is challenging yet rewarding. Mastering the different stances and parrying enemy attacks is crucial, and the duels are incredibly tense and cinematic. * **Compelling Narrative:** Jin's journey from a noble samurai to the "Ghost" of Tsushima is a powerful and emotional one. The supporting characters are well-developed, and the story explores themes of honor, sacrifice, and the cost of war. * **Iki Island Expansion:** The Director's Cut includes the Iki Island expansion, which adds a new area to explore, new enemies to fight, and a poignant story that delves deeper into Jin's past. * **Enhanced Features:** Beyond the new content, the Director's Cut often includes enhancements like improved loading times and other technical refinements, making the experience even smoother. **Any downsides?** Honestly, it's hard to find significant faults. If I had to nitpick, some might find the open world a little less dense than some other titles, but I found the pacing and exploration perfectly balanced. **Final Verdict:** Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut is a must-play for any fan of action games, open-world adventures, or anyone who appreciates a beautifully crafted story. It's a truly special game that I can't recommend highly enough. If you haven't experienced Jin's journey, now is the perfect time.

This is a game that really broke all my expectations. The open world is amazing, really makes exploring feel good, and the combat is amazing too. By far though, the story is what makes this game a unique experience. Totally worth it!
