A: A bit late to answer this but it was not as you now know, except through PSN. In fact Best Buy was four days late on my delivery so when I did get it I had to return it having downloaded it four and a half days prior.

A: Not likely, they might reprint the standard editions but I think you might of missed the boat on the steelbook. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
