I ordered the Gigabyte Aorus RTX 5070ti Infinity through Best Buy, which was sold and shipped by Newegg. When the card arrived, the backplate was severely bent, but appeared to be in otherwise perfect condition. I tried like the devil to get them to just exchange it with another unit, but Best Buy prohibits exchanges for products sold through external channels. So I was forced to physically return the card at my nearest Best Buy location and place an order directly from Newegg, since Best Buy doesn't stock this particular GPU. The Best Buy employee didn't even open the box to ensure the correct item was being returned, until I asked him to do it in front of me. He then mentioned something about putting it out as an un opened return, and I had to remind him that the backplate was damaged, and I actually DID open the box (which was delivered to me with scotch tape sealing the lids...weird). I've since received my second order directly from Newegg, and the card works flawlessly. I have zero complaints about the performance or stability of this card. And it is absolutely beautiful! Just pray you don't get a damaged unit, and make sure you record an unboxing video when you receive your package, in case anything goes wrong.
