A: Yes, just plug in your hdmi port like normal, and plug in the mouse and keyboard into the ps4 itself

A: Yes it has built in speakers. I use a display port so my nvidia drivers control the speaker and it sounds great. I use it for zoom meetings mostly and the audio is pretty clear.
