This is the monitor that I’ve been waiting for. 32 inch, 4K, HDMI 2.1 monitor even though it’s not really the full bandwidth for HDMI 2.1. If you have the Xbox Series X however you will still be able to achieve a full 4K@120hz with dsc, unfortunately PS5’s chroma sub sampling will be capped at 4:2:0 but the untrained eye will probably barely notice this. For an IPS panel, the backlight bleed is very minimal and the contrast is above average. Of course this will vary between everyone depending on the “panel lottery”. Only rated as HDR400 but HDR surprisingly looks very good and can get decent peak brightness. If you have a windows computer, make sure to update the firmware via OSD sidekick which can help cut input lag in half for users. Unfortunately I only have Mac so I have not been able to update my firmware but my input lag has been fine. I hope they come out with a way to update firmware for mac users but for now I am very happy with this monitor.

Got this GIGABYTE M32U monitor and it's been great. The 4K resolution is crisp and the colors are vibrant, really makes games and movies pop. The 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time are perfect for gaming, everything feels super smooth. The HDR is a nice touch, especially in games and videos that support it. The screen size is just right, not too big or small for my desk. And the fact that it's an IPS panel means the viewing angles are great, no color shift or anything. I'm using it with my PS5 and PC, and the HDMI 2.1 is a game changer, literally. Running games at 4K@120Hz is amazing. The built-in KVM feature is handy for switching between devices without messing with cables. Overall, it's a solid monitor, especially if you're into gaming or just want a great display for everyday use.

After reading all of the reviews I could find, I decided to take a chance and get the M32U. Setup was easy, and after checking for dead pixels (none), stuck pixels (none) , backlight bleeding (none), IPS glow (none) it is up and running @120Hz on DP/Thunderbolt from my M1. Color calibration is next, photo of monitor is after being on for two hours and power cycled 20 times. Oh, it does not hum either.

The GIGABYTE M32U 32" 4K UHD FreeSync Premium Pro IPS Monitor has been an incredible addition to my setup. The 4K resolution is stunning—on par with my Mac M1 Pro’s display—and everything looks super clear and detailed. The 32-inch size is perfect: large enough to give plenty of space for multitasking but not overwhelming on the desk. I use it daily for development (coding), reading, and watching Netflix, and it handles all three beautifully. Text is razor-sharp for coding and reading, while movies look vibrant with HDR support and rich colors. Whether for work or entertainment, this monitor delivers premium clarity and performance. It’s easily one of the best 4K displays I’ve invested in.

I had been on the fence about upgrading to a 4K 144hz monitor. With the advent of snagging a Xbox Series X I felt future proofing would be best. I tried the Samsung Odyssey G7 (28”) for a few weeks. It is a great monitor as well but I felt like the 32” would be even better. I was correct in spending an additional $50 for the extra screen. I coupled this with my Samsung 32” 4K 60hz monitor. I primarily play Battle Royal games (PubG/Apex) and the refresh rate, size, and color work amazing. I also use this for my main monitor for my PC and play RPG games on it (WoW/SWTOR) and it feels amazing. The only real con is that it is pretty spendy but compared to other 4K 144hz monitors it seems fair. I had no issues out of the box, plug and play!

I am a Cybersecurity Analyst, a gamer as well, I do have the Apple Ecosystem, and I used to have two Studio Displays Monitors, but...most programs run on Windows OS, so I decided to get a computer monitor, I did try a few, last one was the Sony Inzone M9 (awesome monitor) but I felt that I needed something a bit bigger, to make it short, and not going into all the technical specs, this is without a doubt the best monitor I have ever had!! (and I am 50 years old), I have connected my Mac Mini, Xbox Series X, PS5, a Beelink computer and this thing handles everything smoothly, it is not fancy, no RGB lights, even the menu is super simple, but oh my god! Games run and look perfect, the size lets me do research, coding, work just perfect, I have never been so happy with a monitor, don' take me wrong, the Studio Displays are amazing but you are limited to Thunderbolt only, not being able to control brightness is a PC is connected, and of course, no PS5, no Xbox, if you are only using a Mac, go for it, want to use everything else? Get this!! Speakers are just some noise, but at least is something, switching between devices is automatic, and smooth, display quality is A++, I am not doing any benchmarks, tests, bla bla yada yada, looks good to me, and for the price I couldn't be happier, I highly recommend this monitor, HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, and it is 32'!! It took me three days of researching, reviews, YouTube, but this one was the most look after and mentioned, Best Buy does not have it at the stores, you need to place the order and wait, I did for mine, and it was completely worth it.

I’ve never owned a gaming monitor and from the moment I turned this one on I knew it was the right choice. The picture is crystal clear and the setup was extremely easy. I’m using this for my PS5 and contemplated between the 27” and 32” monitor. I’m glad I went with the 32” due to my many years of playing on larger tv’s. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and this is the second item I’ve ordered through the Best Buy app to pickup in store and it’s been hassle free both times.

Bought this wonderful monitor back in February 2023. So far it has treated me with such a great gaming experience on my ps5 and my connected laptop. I wouldn’t miss out on this monitor for all new generation consoles. I recommend 6 stars but we’re going to leave it at 5. No dead pixels after a year or lack in it’s performance still acts like brand new.

Amazing product, great colors, good performance. So I got a line of dead pixels a little after a year of use... Not too noticable, but still a defect. Submit a warranty, it should be easy right? Nope. Warranty is worthless. Unintuitive warranty submission process, you are liable for shipping costs on the defective product, and you never speak to a single human. Not a good experience considering what the item costs. I still recommend it, but you better hope that nothing goes wrong (which it will, because Gigabyte)

The view and size of this screen is fabulous! the only reason I knocked down the stars to 4 was due to connecting issues I've had. It would not register my laptop and kept saying not in range. I had to buy a new HDMI. Screen size is really nice for split screen and great for Photoshop, Maya etc.

4k gaming at 144fps on a 3090 is very possible, looks great, low Grey 2 grey response times and a fluid IPS panel makes gaming a real gem. First game I tested on this monitor was the god of war for PC, very happy with purchase.

The best gaming monitor for the money. Works perfectly with my Xbox series x.

Been using it for 7 months now and I've loved it. The quality change from 1080 to 4k was worth it and would recommend.

Great monitor. Exactly what I needed. Just wish it had g-sync but that's fine.

Didn't want to give it 5 stars because I have a PS5 and it isn't perfect. I don't know why people are bashing this monitor, it has great contrast and HDR works way better than other budget monitors. Even way better than the one with HDR600/HDRi. I uploaded some pictures some games I have that look awesome with HDR on all pictures. SDR is super bright, HDR works fairly well. I returned a certian $1009.00 monitor to get this one and I am glad I did. Isp glow is almost non existant, as long as you don't set in a brightly lit room, and don't sit right in front of it. Need to be 2 to 3 ft. away... Blacks look really good. If your bashing this monitor because you were expecting a flawless monitor, then you should buy the $3000 monitor. GREAT MONITOR

I bought two of these. Works great with the Ps5 and works great with my gaming rig.

For the money I expected more. Sometimes it looks good and sometimes it looks bad. As soon as it’s paid off I’m going to a Sony x85. Perfect computer monitor, not so much on Ps5. Yellow tint on HDR, washed out colors, COD looks terrible.

I am happy with it so far but I do have a couple of small complaints which is on me because I didn't research enough I guess but number one there's no Bluetooth receiver or transmitter also there's no optical cable hookup .

Backlight bleed and IPS glow this bad are unacceptable at this price point. The right side of my screen is easily 50-100 nits dimmer than the left. Dark games are unplayable and photo editing is difficult with the brightness variation.
