An outstanding GPU combine with my Linux Distro - Pop OS, it has allowed me to play The Finals at great frames (70-110). And now I am using it for my gaming PC, wiped it and installed an Proxmox server to use it with OpenClaw/clawdbot. Performance is outstanding and handles several local models as well in this new era of local AI. Also the VRAM for this model is perfect, still a beast of an GPU even with all the innovation lately at NVIDIA, definitely would get a second one if I had the hardware to support it.

Love this card. Replaced my GTX 1650 and what a difference!!! Plays every game I have in ultra settings 1080p 60+ fps with no issues. Starfield, Ratchet and Clank and Cyberpunk all have cool ray tracing effects too. Highly recommend. The only critique is rgb can only be changed with Gigabytes utility so syncing it up with the rest of your rig can be tricky to dial in, otherwise perfect.

Got the RTX 3060 for my build and it’s exactly what I needed. At 1080p, everything I play runs smooth on high/ultra settings with no issues except for on marvel rivals because their optimization sucks lol . Games look great, and it stays pretty quiet while running. DLSS is a nice bonus it helps keep frame rates high in the newer titles. Temps stay under control, and setup was simple. For the price, this card is a really solid option if you’re building around 1080p like me.

Upgraded from a 1660 super, significantly better, games look and run more smoothly, more fans, quieter, a really good next step from the beginner gpu’s that most people have. Had Best Buy install it and the drivers so if you’re concerned you’ll mess something up, that’s always an option

After having the privilege of using the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card for some time now, I can confidently say it's a game-changer. The consistent and impressive performance this card offers has not only elevated my gaming experience but also enhanced my videos I create. The graphics are remarkably sharp, and the overall stability and reliability of the card have been so useful. It's an affordable yet powerful solution that continues to exceed my expectations, making it an excellent choice for both games or even just an everyday basis.

Such a huge upgrade from my RTX A2000 6GB card I had prior. Makes everything run at almost 2x the performance. Great card, 0 complaints. Would rec to anyone that's looking for a new budget GPU. Not a fan of the RGB but it isn't annoying thankfully.

I started college back in January, and I told myself that if I passed with straight A's, I would treat myself to a new graphics card. I first bought the 5070, but sadly, it would constantly crash during games, and I troubleshooted for weeks, and nothing worked. I took it back and got this one do to the 40 series being discontinued. I'm Happy with this purchase, and it plays the games I enjoy on higher settings than my old 2060 ( which was dying). It's a great graphics card for a great price. Very happy with it.

My son loves this graphics card. It has made gaming for him a totally different experience and he is so happy to not be worried about being booted all the time. For the price of this product I don't think you can beat it.

Great card, i was not sure at first with a lowly 3060 but at the price, it runs games i play at 1440p very well. My last PC build was 2015, an i7 5820k that i put a nice evga 3080 oc FTW in recently and gave to my son, but on such an old build it doesn't fully appreciate the new 30 series cards, doesn't even have pcie 4.0 on its old ASUS X99-A mobo. This 3060 on the ASUS z790-e mobo with i9 is a great card for a new 32" 1440p odyssey g6, it may struggle if i was trying to game on a 50" or double wide 4k monitor but it is doing great for smaller screens. I build for longevity and one day it will be replaced with a 4090, but not for 2 grand lol. I have better frame rates, 40-80 fps on this build in Star Citizen than my son that is getting 20-50 fps playing along side me in that game that is well known to be very PC demanding, this is proof that a smokin Video card (like a 4090) is useless without the mobo/cpu/ram/ssd also up to its level, and today that is the $1k+ extreme version mobo and a $1k+ cpu that can run your 64gb ram at 10k+mhz, all liquid cooled (good luck with that being stable by the way) to fully utilize something like a $2k 4090. In summary I got this card just to set up the pc and didn't expect much when i fired up a game, so i was more than pleased with how well it did for the price.

This is a great card for video editing and gaming. But one thing I need to say is that I am not very happy about this card's price. This card is selling at $459, obviously, it is a great price in today's market. But, since 3060 launched at $329, it is still not very good to pay $130 above the MSRP on this non-flagship model. But since I got it, I am happy now. *this card should be $399 in my opinion*

Had bought this to upgrade my setup from a 1060 to 3060 such a difference in gaming and looks good too. Highly recommend if you wanna upgrade without breaking the wallet

Great card if you're on a budget. Runs everything I play on max settings at 120fps or above. Would recommend to anyone on a budget needing an upgrade. Keep in mind if you oc it I'd stay at 1995mhz at 110% power or you'll have problems.

Upgraded from a 1660 Super, than purchased a RTX 3070. I figured the RTX 3070 was way overkill so I gave the RTX 3070 to my brother since he games way more than I do. I mostly game at 1080P. Going to the 1660 Super to the RTX 3060 was a pretty significant upgrade. I always purchased Gigabyte products in the past and they always deliver. I was able to do a mild overclock on this card. Card can max out any game you want at 1080P and some 1440p games. Most of the games I play are a few years old. This card uses Samsung GDDR6 ram if anyone was curious. Card is dead silent and there is no coil whine at all. If you can snag this for $299 or less, don't hesitate to buy this.

When the RTX 3060 12GB went down in price, I snagged one, this model in particular. I'm a sucker for RGBs and sought the opportunity to match it with the rest of my setup's red lighting. As far as gaming, it does well in 1080p, but I haven't tested in higher resolutions (because I don't have those monitors yet). I do suspect it will do well in 1440p medium for less demanding titles. Interestingly, I saw that in MSI Afterburner this card can reach a 124% power limit, which is higher than other cards I've used. At stock, this card easily stays under 50c at idle. Make sure this fits in your case before you buy it. Great product.

Works like a charm ... would highly recommend. Installed in a I9 with 64gig ram and 4T of Hard drive. The system is SUPER FAST now and wow does it ever play games fast with 4k clarity.

upgraded from a 1650 super - about the performance bump i expected going to easily 100+fps on ultra settings with most games. stays relatively quiet with the 3 fans keeping it pretty cool

This graphics card performs significantly for its price point. It’s capable of running games like Minecraft Bedrock at 64 chunks easily, at 1440p with over 120 FPS. I’m also able to play GTAV at 1440p with about 100 FPS at nearly 100% maximum graphics settings. It also pushes right through 1080p60 video editing in Premiere Pro like butter. I’m sure it can withstand higher resolutions, I just haven’t had the chance to try it yet. The RGB lighting is subtle and an appreciated touch. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase!
