A: Yes..I use it on Fi which shares the same network as T -mobile
A: I caught mine on sale for $375. I THINK Best Buy has a price adjustment policy, but I guess you missed the bus.
A: It's an unlocked phone and should work with most of the carriers. Ideally you should be able put a sim in it and it should work.
