This is a known issue, and it's because Xfinity is slow to update their compatibility list. Contact Xfinity Mobile support. Let them know that you have an unlocked Pixel 8 that you purchased from Best Buy, and that you're trying to activate it on their service. They may be able to manually activate the phone for you or try to switch carriers. I hope everything gets resolved!

A: Yes it does. I just got this phone a week ago and I get nervous when I run Youtube or a game longer than 15 minutes. The battery is also terrible. Went to bed with it at 40% and woke up to it at 2%.
