Q: Can I trade in my phone in person at the Best Buy store ?

A: Can I trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max in your store to purchase new 16 pro

Q: What do you lose with the unlocked version. When using on Verizon? Does it support mmWave on Verizon?

A: Hi Pixel, You do not lose anything significant with the unlocked version of the Pixel 8 Pro when using it on Verizon. The unlocked version supports all of the major 5G and LTE frequency bands used by Verizon, including mmWave. This means that you will be able to get good coverage and performance, including access to Verizon's fastest 5G speeds. However, there are a few minor differences between the unlocked and carrier-locked versions of the Pixel 8 Pro. For example, the unlocked version may not come with pre-installed carrier apps, and you may need to contact Verizon manually to set up certain features, such as visual voicemail. Overall, the unlocked version of the Pixel 8 Pro is a good choice for users like you or me who want the flexibility to switch carriers in the future. It also supports all of the major features that Verizon offers, including mmWave 5G. I hope this info helps!

Q: If i buy the pixel with a trade in, what happens if i decide to return the pixel? I wouldnt get my old phone back?

A: I can not see if others have replied to you- but I can state my experience. If you buy and have it shipped to you- you get the option of shipping your old phone back, and you can do this after making sure you indeed love the Pixel. To return your Pixel, you will be subject to a restocking fee however. I bought a phone two years ago and traded in a phone. That location was 90 miles away (they were the only store that had it stock). I knew almost immediately that I didn't like that phone. When I tried to call the store, I was forwarded to their call center. When I visited the store most local to me and explained the situation, they also could not contact that store- and further they told me the process of preparing your old phone you turned it wasn't a standard practice across stores. They told me the store could have already shipped out my phone (to wherever they ship these old phones), by the end of the day. It was a bad experience- except that I ended up just buying a whole other phone. But I wouldn't do that again, and don't suggest anyone physically hand in your phone in a trade unless you are 100% sure.

Q: do we get international warranty??

A: According to the Google Pixel warranty page, Google provides warranty, support, and parts for Pixel phones in the following countries and regions: ✓Australia ✓Austria ✓Belgium ✓Canada ✓Denmark ✓Finland ✓France ✓Germany ✓Greece ✓Hong Kong ✓Ireland ✓Italy ✓Japan ✓Korea ✓Luxembourg ✓Netherlands ✓New Zealand ✓Norway ✓Portugal ✓Singapore ✓Spain ✓Sweden ✓Switzerland ✓Taiwan ✓United Kingdom ✓United States If you purchased your Pixel phone in a country or region where it is not sold, you may not be able to get warranty service or support. And note that the Google warranty for Pixel phones is not the same in all supported countries. The warranty period and coverage may vary depending on the country where you purchased your phone. For example, in the United States, the Google warranty for Pixel phones covers hardware defects for one year from the date of purchase. In Canada, the warranty period is also one year, but it also covers accidental damage to the screen one time. It is also important to note that the Google warranty is only valid in the country where you purchased your phone. If you purchase your phone in a different country and then move to a country where the warranty is not valid, you will not be able to get warranty service or support. I hope this information is helpful. ;)

Q: I do not see Straight Talk in the list of carriers of the trade in device. Does Straight Talk qualifies as Verizon or Straight Talk devices are not accepted?

A: Hey Luke, I just confirmed and the Straight Talk is eligible for the trade-in program at Best Buy. Best Buy accepts trade-ins from all major carriers, including Straight Talk. You can trade in your Straight Talk phone for a new phone from any carrier, including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint. I hope this info helps!

Q: Until what date will the free watch be available? Is it only a preorder special?

A: Hi Questionman, The free Pixel Watch 2 offer is available to customers who pre-order the Pixel 8 Pro between October 4th and October 16th, 2023. It is not clear whether the offer will be available after the pre-order period ends. I hope this info helps!

Q: Does the free item have to be the watch? I want the buds

A: Hi there, No, you can choose the Google Pixel Buds Pro as your free item when you pre-order the Google Pixel 8 Pro. You do not have to choose the Pixel Watch 2. Note that the watch only comes with the preorder of the Pro version of the phone and not with the regular Pixel. I hope this info helps!

Q: Will the unlocked version work on the T-Mobile network?

A: Hi there, Yes, the unlocked version of the Google Pixel 8 Pro will work on the T-Mobile network. Unlocked phones are not locked to any specific carrier, so you can use them with any carrier that supports their frequency bands. I hope this info helps!
