A: I need to start this off that as with all pre-orders, some places are good and others are not. Regardless of the place, any pre-order can be delayed, even when directly ordering from the manufacturer (google in this case). That said, I pre-ordered mine the second it appeared on BB's site (the picture wasn't even pushed out yet) on Aug 13th. I did pickup so I didn't have to deal with staying at home to sign for delivery. It seems like BB either didn't get the shipment or they're having some internal issues. Nothing has been publicly stated, just know from reddit posts no one has gottten theirs yet and BB's site says "coming soon" on the product page. My pre-order says "delayed" with no eta, just a date they're going to cancel it if they can't fulfill the order by (will be mad if I get pushed to the back of the line).
