Battery life is way better than my Apple Watch 9. I'm getting almost 3 days on it and I wear it at night even. Notifications are very customized if you want like any other smartwatch. I like the look and feel. Happy for the switch!

I really enjoy the watch, and coming from an apple watch ultra much more enjoyable to type on. However, the calorie tracking on this watch is ridiculous. Most certainly not accurate whatsoever.

Display Quality and User Interface customization is amazing! I honestly prefer the round design on the watch as well. For a first watch, my expectations were exceeded, definitely got to show off to other watch users the different capabilities that they didn't have. Highly recommend!!

Pros: long battery, great features, syncs well with your phone, especially when paired with a Google phone. Cons: could be a bit too advanced for some people. Has lots of features but some seem to be added just to have while other are great. Overall, great watch and worth the advancement when compared to previous generations

I have had a "smart" watch of sorts ever since the very first fitness trackers came out. That evolved to a smarter watch which I replace yearly when the newest model is available. The Google Pixel Watch 5 series took me a little bit of time to get used to as I have been using the *other* major smartwatch with my iPhone for many years. My first impression of this watch -- the 45mm version -- was the traditional shape and feel of a watch. I like the rounded form much better than the square form factor of other smart watches. Setup was a breeze with my Pixel 10. Took less than 30 minutes to link, set up, update software, etc. The display is nothing short of amazing. Google's ability to make such an amazing display in such a small device is really something worth noting. The watch seems to be mostly health-focused with claims that it can accurately measure blood pressure, heart health metrics, and even an emergency auto-dial 911 if the watch senses a loss of heartbeat. This watch is Wi-Fi only which I find to be a downfall as I prefer NOT carrying my phone when going on a walk, run, bike ride, etc. My other brand smart watch has cellular connectivity so I don't need my phone with me. Google's AI Assistant (Gemini) is much, much smarter than other rival smart watch assistants. The raise to talk feature is, I would say, 99% successful -- something I have trouble with at times with other smart watches. The integration of all the Google apps and all Google knows about you is also impressive for fact-finding questions. Calling and texting on the watch proved to be problematic for me -- but I think that was mostly user error. The watch is faster than I am used to and it picks up background sounds/voices more than desirable. But, the functionality is there and works reasonably well. The finger double pinch works perfectly all the time. Overall, this is a great smart watch. I prefer my other brand just based on familiarity and the cellular connectivity which I believe is available on the 5-Series Google Watch for a little more money. So, if you are a Pixel Fan -- phone and watch -- this is a great device for a reasonable price, especially compared to the top-end watches of other manufacturers. I would highly recommend this for a Google Pixel/Android user.

When I moved over to a Pixel phone, swapping my Apple Watch Ultra 3 for the Pixel Watch 5 felt like the natural next step. Going from a rugged, rectangular slab back to a classic circular design has been a breath of fresh air—it looks far more like a traditional timepiece and wears much lighter on the wrist. A few standout thoughts after making the switch: ⚬ Battery Life: Coming from an Ultra, battery longevity was my biggest hesitation, but the Pixel Watch 5 has been surprisingly impressive. It easily powers through my daily routine and sleep tracking without giving me low-battery anxiety. ⚬ Feature Set: I quickly realized I wasn't using the extreme, niche outdoor features of the Ultra anyway. For everyday health metrics, step counting, notifications, and quick replies, the Pixel Watch handles everything smoothly without unnecessary bulk. ⚬ The Charger: The pin-based charging setup is a bit weird compared to seamless magnetic pucks, but it seats reliably and charges quickly enough that it's easy to get used to. If you're pairing it with a Pixel phone, the integration is effortless. It delivers exactly what a daily smartwatch should without getting in the way.

As someone moving from the Pixel Watch 3 to the Pixel Watch 5, the generational improvements here are impressive. The appearance is the same as the Watch 4 (from what I understand), but it's clearer and easier to see. What's most impressive is how snappy and quick the watch is. The new processor is clearly an improvement, and while it's too early yet to see how well it ingrates with all things Gemini and Google Health, the early impressions are good. Charging time is excellent and the charge lasts for more than a day under my use, which includes a lot of voice to text and sometimes phone calls.

One of the easiest smartwatches to integrate within current ecosystems. Everything runs so smoothly. Coming from a Garmin its annoying how often it has to be charged (mabe 1.5 days) but the fast charge eases the burden. Biggest knock is that all the actual viable health data is locked behing a subscription model that Garmin provides for free with their product. If your into the smrt features rather than the health its just not worth it and if it is your being nickel and dimes.

I absolutely love my new watch! I’ve been really impressed with it since I received it. The design looks amazing, it feels comfortable to wear, and the quality is excellent. It works perfectly and looks even better in person. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great watch!

Battery last almost 4 days with the display set to auto off (includes wearing while I sleep) previously had a pixel 1, this is a major sweet upgrade! Display is awesome and controls are intuitive and smooth.

I like the battery life and the display. I am slowly figuring this watch out but like all that it offers.

This is my husband’s watch and he really likes it. I am a the total tech member, he had the Pixel 4 and cracked the glass. He brought it in to the geek squad and was able to get a Pixel 5 for a small fee (less than $50). Have been a total tech member for a long time and it’s paid off many times. Highly recommend both the total tech plan and this watch. The Pixel 4 was the first smart watch he ever had, loved it, and likes this one even more!

Good display, quality and battery life. Maybe you need to buy a protection

I'm a long time Pixel user. I've owned the pixel watch 2 and the pixel watch 5 45mm is a fantastic upgrade for me. Looks and feels great around my wrist.
