[Employee of bestbuy] DO NOT buy this band. You will not get the correct one. The UPC that ends in 8284 is the regular sport band not the sport band with all the holes. Best Buy has the wrong image for this item.

Best Buy is not capable of sending you this band.

Do not attempt to order this band from Best Buy. I ordered it and had it sent to my local store a few weeks ago. I did not receive the Active Sport Band. I received another default Pixel Watch 3 band. The guy working at order pickup said these have the exact same sku, so that's why it happened. I went to Customer Service, returned the incorrect band and they ordered another Active Sport Band. I went to pick it up last week and had once again received another default watch band. I walked over to Customer Service and returned it a second time. This time, they ordered a replacement and had it sent to my house. Today, I received the package and it was a completely different band. It was a tan, nylon band for an Apple Watch. It's not even compatible with the same watch.

I ordered the active sport band but received a regular sport band instead. The mix-up was disappointing, as I was looking forward to using the right band.

The wrong watch band turns out right.

If I rate the Pixel watch band on its own merits, I'd give it 5 stars. It looks good, fits, and seems good quality. Of course, only time will tell. I deducted one star for Best Buy sending me a band I didn't order. Looking at Pixel watch band customer reviews, sending bands people didn't order seems to be a problem at Best Buy. They sent it promptly, though, and service in the store was excellent when I ordered the band, so I'm happy.

Unfortunately, Best Buy still has the wrong item attached at the warehouse to this listing. I purchased this "SPORTS Active Band" and they had the "Active Band" waiting for me. I talked to the manager and he said he'll look into it. As for the SPORTS band, it's pretty good! Definitely more breathable. I'd give it 4/5 stars because it broke after two years.
