I pulled the ball-head mount from the quick release and installed it into the El Grande extension pole. It is a perfect fit. I'll definitely be doing this with my other El Grande.

The perfect amount for your hero 13, and it’s not even close. I got this to use for side mounting on a helmet. Super easy to get it on and off, and with the ball mount, you can get the angle just perfect.

I have the regular magnetic and the ball magnetic mounts. The ball version is very versitile. The standard are good with keeping a level horizon. Built well. The magnets are not very strong, but they only aid in alignment to the Gopro. Each side has spring loaded clips to hold the camera to the mount securely.

I have a go pro hero 12 black and wanted to use this for the 13, so i ordered the feet for the 13 and they fit perfectly on the 12 which allows me to use the quick detatch ball mount.

I have a stand with a ball joint so to attach this thing to it seemed a bit like over kill but it was a luxury when I used it. Easy clip on Mechanism to remove the camera and mount it on the stand. I will probably need it in the future because I'm finding some of my old adapters that work with the GoPro 13. When they find a regular body kit for the Gopro 13 without the mic, then I'll definitely b´ using this along with that magnetic door.
