Bought two for my kids and they love them. With the self balance it helped them figure out how to ride them quick and now they cannot get off of them. Only thing i didnt like was the somewhat cheap charger that comes with them. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get one for themselves or their children!

Great value, ease of use and scaled-down power perfectly suitable for my 8 years old. The smaller size, lower power and great maneuverability makes it perfect to first acquire basic skill indoors or in a smaller, safer outdoor space before going in more challenging areas outdoors. Charging time is decent but my kid uses it so much that we often have to plug it back. Range claims not tested yet, that's for later when we venture father away. Great for beginners / younger first time users ! Always wear head protection while using these devices, and just like for my 8 yr old, adult supervision is likely required.

We purchased two GoTrax hoverboards for our oldest grandkids for Christmas. The units are attractive and work really well for the two of them. What we like the most about the units is their smooth starting

Horrible product. Worked for 2 days and stopped working. Bought for my 6 year old for Christmas, 94.99, figured it was a great product for the price. So upset. My son rode it 3 times. Emailed GoTrax for help or troubleshooting, received one reply for more info and video of what the hoverboard was doing and I haven’t hear back since. This was the week after Christmas. I won’t be spending money on something from GoTrax again. I was going to return to Best Buy but because it was a “Santa gift” we threw the box away the week of Christmas so my son wouldn’t find the box and ruin the magic of Santa.

Year later review and we have 0 broken bones, we can credit that to the fantastic auto leveling system

The kids have been riding this ever since they opened it up for Christmas! They love it and now don’t want to walk anywhere! They are always on it, so they seemingly have to keep charging it.

Left side is kinda broken. It doesn’t charge at all it’s annoying.
