Got this e-bike for my son on Christmas. It is the perfect size for now and for a few years to come. It has the good max speed where we won’t have to worry about him getting hurt which is a plus. I’m also 210 pounds and cruise on it around the neighborhood too! Weeeeee!

My son thinks this is a lot of fun, it works great and goes way faster than it needs to. It even supported my husbands weight when he tested it out first.

Bought this for my six-year-old grandson he adjusted quite well. It’s very heavy duty sturdy, well-made bike. His brother and sister. Also enjoyed it. One made a comment that it was very smooth. Easy to handle. One little hiccup, would be the break was kinda tight but with an adjustment that would be no problem. Overall, very well-made good little dirt bike, I would definitely recommend.

I purchased this for my son’s birthday and recieved it on 7/22/25. I assembled the bike on 7/28/25 and it did not work, with an error code indicating a faulty throttle. Over the past 2 weeks, I was told I must go through the manufacturer for repairs due to it being under the manufacturer warranty. I explained that i had purchased the Geek Squad protection but was tokd inwould still need to go through GoTrax. After three attempts to reach someone, i was told via email that I could send the bike back but i must pay for the shipping. I tried once more with Best Buy, going inside the store, where i was told to beij g the bike in a d they would either repair it or refund it. Today I took the bike to the store and was told that they are no longer allowed to accept e-bikes for repair or refund and suggested i contact Best Buy customer sevice by phone. After being on a call for an hour and transferred 4 times, the call disconnected after being put on hold. Basically told that its past the 15 day return period, and no-one could tell me what the geek squad protection could do since the stores are not allowed to accept them for repair. Super frustrated and disappointed with no resolution.

Bike works great when the parts do not break. The throttle is plastic and broke within a few months which the warranty company is going to replace the part but it has been a month long process as all the parts come from overseas. I wish they would just send a new bike as I will now have to take it all apart myself to replace one major part.

Controller on handle bar broke only had the bike for 3 month

Overall, it’s a good electric dirt bike for my 7 year old nephew. The bike is a great size for beginners. With that (beginners) being said, the bell is not safe for a young beginner. A young child should be focused on riding safely and not fumbling around to flick a small hammer type switch to ring a bell. For the most part, the bike is designed well and well constructed. However, the fender is cheaply made and the hardware easily vibrates loose. But, my nephew definitely loves it and I’m glad I made the purchase.

Well built. Heavy duty, sturdy, yet light . Nice headlight and baby tail light. Tires are large and nice tread. Perfect overall for a starter dirtbike for a child or teen. Got it for my 9 year old son but did plenty of test driving before giving it to him on christmas ahah since it has a 220 pound weight limit. Battery life is good, and motor is strong. Overall an amazing buy. The seat is plenty large enough to hold a second passenger if both are children as well!!! Oh yeah plus it has a spedometer/ Odometer and a trip tracker just like a car! And eco/fast mode of course. Will buy another for my neice in the future.

Gave him the biggest smile I’ve ever seen! Great quality. Great beginner bike. 8 years old 90 lbs. 4’6”. 2nd grade. Gives him responsibility to charge it and keep it clean. Keeps him active and outside. Keeps him occupied off of screens for a long time.

I purchased this for my 12 year old son and he likes it. Perfect for riding around the neighborhood. Shipping was quick, assembly was super simple, and the product was very well packaged. I had the bike unboxed and assembled within 15 minutes of its arrival

This motorcycle is one of the best, my daughter loves it as they describe it, so it is super effective, its battery is of another level and the lights are the best, highly recommended

I bought this for my 9-year-old son, and he loves it! It appears to be well-made and functions just as we expected. My son is just learning how to ride a dirt bike, so I think the size and speed are perfect for now. As he gets a little more comfortable and older, I'm sure he will want something a little faster.
