Q: Key spcs say max operating range is 6 miles but the product is described to go much further. As in 37 miles max range further! Which spec set is correct?

A: None, Best Buy has wrong specs. Go to Gotrax website and there u would find the correct specs. Its supposed to be 40 mile range from Gotrax website as they are the manufacture so they have the correct specs.
