Excellent scooter for kids my 8 and 10 year old love it. It has Bluetooth included to listen to music and a cool led light too. What i like about the scooter is perfect for kids because is not too fast and easy to managed.

I bought this for my 10 yr old son and im really impressed. The led lights are so cool. You can change the colors and look very smooth. I rode it also , i weigh 125 (there is a weight max) and the ride was smooth and brake stops slowly , you dont fell the instant jerk if you press it all the way. My feet fit perfectly and speeds up quickly. My son had a razor scooter which he loves but has had several accidents. The razor scooter wheels are thin and arent regular rubber tires. This one the tires are bigger, sturdier and where he rests his feet have alot of space unlike the razor. It has bluetooth, connection was simple just turn bt on and connect to xrglow. This def was one of my favorite purchases in a while and cant beat the price.

The first one that I purchased the latch to fold it was stuck and the wire that connects to the handle bar was inside if the bike frame and non accessible. It was very disappointing. When my son woke up for his birthday he was staring at an unbuilt scooter. I was able to return it. The second scooter has been fine so far. The latch that folds the bike works just fine. Took me 5 mins to put together. Takes 5 to 8 hours to charge. Here is a picture. My son is 10, 4ft 10in and the handle bars is at the last marker.

My 7 year old loves this scooter and loves that it has Bluetooth also. The scooter runs great so far and no issues as of yet so hopefully it stays that way

It's pretty good the battery is mid the speed is good I like the way it speeds up the brakes are slow so it doesn't throw you off

A total disappointment with this purchase. In two weeks it was no longer charging. I made a claim and they asked me for more until they told me that a patye would be sent. A month has passed and I'm still waiting for it. What bad service? They have? Please don waste your money

do not buy. i used points so i do not care .do no waste your money. cheap made garbage. my daughter used about ten times and started cutting out like many web stories.. I reviewed web and found out it has issues with wiring. On this one the battery had 2 wires that were not soldered on battery. also battery case had several broken snaps. my kid rode maybe ten times. 5 months old. the app is also garbage. check it out. with issues i read on web on all models from this brand best buy should noy carry this brand.

Do not recommend. The battery on this product does not last more than half a year. The battery shows fully charged while plugged in, but once you unplug, it does not turn on.

I would have give a 5 star rating for this product if it worked just fine out of the box. The first time we received the scooter it was defective out of the box. The handle did not lock in as expected. Tried calling the manufacturer but they asked to send the scooter back to get it fixed which we did not want to do it. So we returned it and got a replacement scooter from the Best Buy. Here is the honest review of this scooter after using it for over 6 months. I purchased the GoTrax XR Glow Electric Scooter for my 7 year old who has been using it regularly. Note - This scooter is for the kids and not for the adults. It will be able to handle riders of weight upto 132 lbs without any issues. 1. Performance & Range The XR Glow promises to deliver up to 11 miles of range on a single charge. My kid uses is regularly and we charge the scooter once in a few days. I am pretty sure it atleast gives over 8+ miles on a single charge. This is ideal for short commutes and/or casual rides.
