A: Bluetooth to configure initially then will work with wifi or Bluetooth.

A: I do believe you can I know when the app you can set them on timers which is awesome they're very well built

Buy these, you won't regret it
Govee never disappoints. Great quality and low priced light bulbs that are made to last. Amazing color or you can go basic warm white or bright white. Easy to install and start working within 10 minutes. Greatest purchase I've ever made.

Great govee bulbs!
I purchased these bulbs to replace my wiz / phillips bulbs that are still fairly new. Wiz doesn’t even come close in comparison to govee! I had an extremely hard time and never could program my wiz bulb online, so i bought the remote for it for $12.00 which is so boring with only 4 options. Since already having a GOVEE Lyra floor lamp for a while and absolutely loving the purchase i knew the bulbs woukd be a great choice cause the colors are never ending and it has so many options and the different settings you can use are so much fun if youre into this kind of lighting. The GOVEE BULBS are very simple to set up using the app! All i had to do was install the bulb, go to my govee app click to set to the correct bulb and my phone and wifi pretty much did the rest. You have so many fun colors available as well as music modes and different effects to change your bulb to. I highly recommend the bulbs as well as the floor lamp the pictures i took were during the daytime and dont depict the best of the govee. To be fair, i cant say how good or bad the wiz is once its set up online.
