Received box and inside containers all bent up, will not order again from then

misrepresented ...didn't receive what I purchased but the seller made it right with a refund. Coffee is fine. Thanks

I ordered a 96 ct, which would contain 4 boxes of 24 pods. I received one. Best Buy advised me to put to the vendor. The vendor blamed Best Buy for the misprint. They agreed to refund me and said I can keep the one box, instead of just sending me the other 3 boxes.

The dark roast is a little more bitter than other brands that I have tried.

I did not receive 96 k cups, i received 24! Yes, i got my money back, but would havdd loved to have 96 k cups. I guess you have to be careful

This is 24 pack not 96. Nearly impossible to return, even though they, they know, of their error.

Only received a box of 24. Was advertised wrong by the seller. Did receive a refund.

I had ordered 8 - 24 count boxes because the price was unbelievable. The supplier emailed me that the ad was a mistake. The supplier sent me 2 boxes for free and returned my entire purchase price. Best Buy apologized and offered me other options. I understand these things happen.
