Both units worked as welll as expected. The rod to turn the thrower direction did not work. Couldn't get it hooked up properly but it works fine without it.

I’m honestly impressed with this battery-powered snow blower. It’s lightweight, easy to start (no gas, no cords!), and powerful enough to handle fresh snowfall without feeling like a workout. The battery lasted long enough for my driveway and sidewalk, and I love how quiet it is compared to gas models. It’s perfect if you want something low-maintenance, simple to use, and easy to store. If you’re tired of dealing with gas, fumes, or heavy equipment, this is a great alternative—especially for everyday snowfalls.

First off, both snow blower and snow shovel are really well made products. I used both on our 100ft x 25ft driveway during the recent blizzard of 2026. We went out twice, each time the snow measured around 6 inches, both worked brilliantly. However, when we awoke to 14 more inches, it was pretty much useless. That being said I think the snow blower will definitely work good up to 9 or 10 inches and work magnificently up to 7 -8 inches. We actually did use the snow blower on the big pile at the end of the driveway, caused by the snow plows, it worked great but you have to chop the pile up in slivers for it to work well. The 4.0 amp batteries have tons of power, lasted about 40 minutes each. The snow shovel works well too but as many have said, it’s very heavy. Too bad it didn’t have wheels so you could just push it Bottom line I recommend this set, especially the snow blower for snow up to 10 inches. Anything else you really need a large gas snow blower.

It has its good points and bad points but all point considered it isn't worth much more then the $300 I paid for them. The first time I used them was in a wet heavy snow and both did a good job throwing it a pretty far distance. The 12 inch blower only throws it straight ahead, it would be better if it threw it off to the side even if it is just a 5-10 degrees so you're moving the same snow twice. I mainly wanted to use it on my stairs but with its long handle and weight it is quite cumbersome for that use. Straight ahead its great. The 20 inch blower worked quite well but isn't quite as mobile as I had hoped, because I wanted to use it up to my patio. The battery is hard to get in and out of both devices (it would be better if it were spring loaded) but it does last a long time (lets see how will it does at it gets older). As far as price goes. It is quite overpriced at its original selling price and would not have got it if it hadn't been less then half price and I had an expiring certificate that need to use quickly (that BestBuy decided to issue me with my points that I didn't request, but that's a different complaint).

Hello LawrenceN. Thank you for your honest feedback. We are pleased to hear you are happy with the performance of the 80v Snow blower and Shovel kit and we are glad you had some pros and cons to share with us. We use information like this and work with the various teams within Greenworks to market, design, and sell the products are customers want or need. To remove the battery, push and hold the battery release button. Then, pull the battery pack straight out. In some cases, if the springs underneath has gotten locked down you might have to give a small push to the top of the battery to re-engage them to help the battery pop up. The battery pack fits snugly into the product to prevent accidental dislodging while in use; it may require a strong pull to remove. Before use, be sure that the rails on the battery and product are free of debris that could cause the battery to get stuck. We have a video showing how to install and remove the battery, you can view the video here: (https://youtu.be/5LPE3Xz3rzo). If you ever have specific questions or concerns about our products, contact Greenworks via Live chat on our website (www.greenworkstools.com), call Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934 or refer to the FAQ ask section of the tool or ask us a question, anytime.

Now just to be clear, these tools are not meant to clean a 12in wall of dirty snow and ice left by the city plow trucks..... that's what my Greenworks 2stage blower is for. But this is my go to combo for doing a quick clean up of lighter snowfall. The 80v 4.0ah batteries provide plenty of power and runtime. The rapid charger is as advertised. It will charge a dead battery in one hour. The tools Bought this combo at $550 off during the Black Friday sale and even received a bonus 80v 2.0ah battery for free. Had it shipped to my house and everything, including the box were in perfect condition. I am very happy with my purchase and with Best Buy's service.

I got a good deal picking this combo kit up on the deal of the day. I was originally looking for a good deal on just the snow blower, because I already had the electric snow shovel, but when I saw the price I couldn't pass it up The electric snow shovel works great, but it's a little bit heavon the heavy side. It really moves the snow. The only downside side is it only allows you to blow the snow in one direction. The snow blower worked pretty good, as well. It was easy to assemble and push. The led lights were very helpful when it was dark out. They both made it a lot easier to clear my large driveway from the Michigan snow. I will probably sell the new snow shovel, battery and charger to recoup some of the money I spent to make the purchase and lower my cost even more. I would definitely recommend buying this to anyone who is thinking about going electric versus gasoline versions.

This snow blower makes clearing my driveway fast and almost effortless, even after heavier snowfalls. It starts easily, throws snow a good distance, and is simple to maneuver. The electric snow shovel is great for steps, walkways, and tight areas where a big blower cannot reach. But it is bit heavy. Snow Blower is lightweight, easy to handle, and much easier on the back than manual shoveling. Both tools have turned winter snow removal into a quick, manageable task instead of a chore.

Both the blower and shovel work much better than I expected! Very pleased with the battery life and power!

This bundle is a fantastic value. Purchasing the snow blower and shovel separately would cost a lot more. I have use both tools once and they performed well. I never felt like they were underpowered. I was especially impressed by the shovel which threw the snow farther than I expected. The battery life was fine for my needs and they recharge quickly.

Both of the units work great. The power shovel is a little heavy but works great. Battey life is as expected.

The snow shovel alone was with the purchase!! The snow shovel cuts through alllll types of snow. I live in NY where we had 3 BLIZZARDS this year and I bought these two machines after the 1st one…Thank God I did!! The snow shovel is a little heavy so keep that in mind if you can’t carry anything more than 10lbs. The snow blower is good as well…not as powerful but still good. This bundle came with two batteries which was good because I was able to alternate machines and batteries. There are so many different videos on TikTok that show how well these work.

This was one of the best combinations ever. Having 2 batteries also helps. I got it on sale and it was one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Works pretty good. I was only able to use it once due to it being the end of snowy season here. It made it through 5 inches of snow without hesitation and took it all the way down to the cement. I got this on a very good sale so I'm not sure if it's worth the regular price. But for the sale price I would definitely recommend.

Snowblower is pretty good. Only annoying thing I found is the metal rod used to change the direction to where the snow blows. Hard to turn and perfect place to hit your knee with it. The snow shovel is too heavy to do any good. We got tons over 3 feet of snow, so we used a normal metal shovel to break the top of the snow and blow it with the snowblower. Overall recommended, I have a lawnmower by same manufacturer and was able to rotate their batteries as one was drained (every charge lasted about 1.5hrs)

Bought this combo for my husband for Christmas and it snowed two days later. It worked great clearing both the driveway and walkways. He loved it! The batteries charged in no time also.

Here’s my reason on 4-star for now. We purchased the snowblower kit recently although our first snow storm we weren’t in town to use it. I’m sure and I hope it works as good as the lawnmower kit we purchased in Sep/Oct 2025. For many years we hired out our work and decided to do it ourselves and GO GREEN WORKS. We will soon find out the ease of use once we use on the the next snow fall.

[Employee of bestbuy] Batter charger is pretty loud but for the price of 549 this was an amazing deal this is a good snow blower and the blow stick isnt bad either. Even if its a bit heavier than expected.

This is exactly what we were looking for for this winter. Works well and was easy to assemble. The extra battery was a plus!
