A: No, this snow blower is easy to push in light snow and easy to turn.. It's very lite in weight. Easy to use!!

Q: Does it acquire any assembly?
A: Hello Karen - The snow blower will require some light assembly. This information will be detailed in your manual. The blower comes assembled however users will need to attached blower tubes.
A: It could be the batteries are too cold. I leave the batteries in the house not in the garage . I remove the batteries from the machine after use and place back into a warm environment (house) the batteries are super sensitive to extreme cold.
