I got this gaming chair for my son as a Christmas present. He loves the chair, and uses it daily. I noticed recently that the staples in the back of the fabric started to come apart, and I wasn't able to put the fabric back together. It was past the return policy for Best Buy, so I reached out to the manufacturer. The customer service was top notch! They were extremely helpfully, and was kind enough to send us a new chair. They resolved the issue so quickly that it gave me back hope that there's still some good in the world. Thank you GTPlayer! You guys made a kid, and his mama a little happier this week.
