This chair is dangerously comfortable. I sat down to “just test it” and suddenly three hours disappeared. The breathable fabric actually works (no sweaty back regrets), and the ergonomic support makes my spine feel like it just got a raise. The footrest? Life-changing. I’ve officially reclined so hard I forgot my responsibilities. Plus, the white and black colorooks amazing in my setup. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and way nicer than my posture deserves. 10/10 would accidentally nap in again.

I had never heard of this brand or seen these chairs before, but I noticed them on sale and they looked real nice. I'm glad I took a chance because these are absolutely fantastic. Very comfortable and a great value, especially on sale. Assembly wasn't too bad, and this is a great replacement for an older chair I was using. I liked it so much, I bought my wife one as well.

Very nice chair. Comfortable in all the right spots. The chair back is the perfect height to prevent neck pain. I like that the footrest is removable. I don’t use it all the time. It’s easy to remove and replace.

Very easy to read instructions and to put together. Extremely comfortable! Looks just like the pictures. The color is perfect and came with no flaws! My cats love to sleep on it lol.

Our chairs are designed based on extensive market research to meet the needs of most people. They are also of superior quality and come with a one-year warranty. If you need to take a nap on the chair, remember to use the footrest and 135 degrees for more comfort!

The chair feels comfortable and reclines safely. The footrest is a plus m, although it’s a bit shaky when you place your feet on it. It makes a small squeak when you recline and then get up.

Photo of item I ordered did. It match the item that was delivered and product photo has since been updated to reflect what was delivered. The darker photo is what I thought I was receiving. As I needed a chair I decided to just keep it. It is comfortable and meets all my needs however it is not purple at all.

Arrived incomplete and damaged

Arrived damaged and incomplete. One arm rest could not be attached and the seat and back was damaged. From what i could put together the chair was a bit too small and firm for me as well. Reached out to support for a refund and to dispose of the chair (since it could not be returned to best buy), they instead offered me $5 and a new arm. I needed to beg and negotiate via email for a week after sending photos. Support finally offered me a return option, after attempting to negotiate compensation, instead of offering just to dispose of it. I am about to ship it back tomorrow. Will never purchase a chair from them again, and their support needs to pay attention to what customers are asking for, so they don't prolong a frustrating process.

Terrible company and customer service. The “Gray” model of this chair isn’t real and if it is please someone make a review about it so I can hit call them up and tell them they were lying. I was told that the cyan version sku and this gray sku numbers were the same but that’s completely wrong. Then I never got my money back for the shipping label I had to print to return it. These chairs are just terrible in general. The cushion and build is the same for all these racing gaming chairs that you can buy for like 90 bucks. Also they really don’t care about you not getting your product or try to help with sending the right product. All I wanted was the gray version of this chair but they said that they didn’t have it and that it’s actually the cyan version of the chair. Don’t buy someone you actually care about this chair or from this company.

Im not able to review it as I haven’t received it. It was supposed to be delivered on 01/02/26 and the tracking number that is provided shows that it is out for delivery but when you check the tracking number it shows that is in an ups location since that date. I have reached to the seller and Best Buy customer service but they did know what was happening.

This is a HUGE upgrade from the chair we had prior! It solved all of the issues, being breathable and able to recline. Was a simple step by step assembly (completed by and 11 year old) and is very sturdy. Would definitely recommend!

Bought for my son for a Christmas present With my reward certificate. Very useful and convenient. The shipping process was easy got the product on time and have a tracking system that helps to find out what’s happing with your order. Chair has nice features, reasonable price and hopefully good quality (fingers cross) we’ll find out Christmas Day.;)

Nice chair, beautiful olive green color. I also love the back pillow and foot/leg rest. Not a whole lot of cushion in the arms and seat part but, it is comfortable for now.

The chair is durable, standard, and very comfortable. My son is 6'2, so the leg rest and pillow aren't quite long enough, but he still enjoys it! The quality of the chair is good, doesn't seem cheap like most gaming chairs.
