LEDs make this a massive upgrade!
Jennifer Posted
Exceptional Comfort: The bucket-seat design hugs you perfectly without feeling restrictive. Awesome LED Lighting: The RGB lights around the edges are bright, vibrant, and add a fantastic aesthetic to my gaming setup, especially in the dark. It runs via USB, so I recommend tucking a small, cheap power bank into the chair's storage pouch so you don't have to stay tethered to your PC tower. Easy Assembly: It took me about 30 minutes to put together by myself. The instructions were surprisingly clear, and all the necessary tools and hardware were included in the box.

What a lovely, detailed review — thank you! We're so happy the chair hugs you just right, that the lights look fantastic in the dark, and that setup was a quick 30-minute job. And thank you for the clever power bank tip — we're sure other gamers will appreciate it! Enjoy every moment in your new chair! 💜

Cool chair!

Really like this chair so far. The leather feels nice and the seat cushion is very soft. The back hugs your body well, and both the headrest and back pillow are actually useful for support. But the best part is the LED screen on the back! It can show different patterns and looks super cool.

Poor quality
Applewatchseries6 Posted
I am disappointed with this computer chair. From the beginning, the backrest was always slanted, even after tightening all of the screws according to the instructions. Upon closer inspection, it appears that the bracket is not properly aligned, which causes the backrest to sit unevenly. For the price, I expected better quality control. The misaligned parts make the chair uncomfortable to use and difficult to assemble correctly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product due to the manufacturing and design issues I experienced.

Comfy chair, needs battery pack
HenryP Posted
My son loves his gaming chair. The led lights are pretty cool, just wish it had a battery pack available so it didn't have to stay plugged in to use lights. Chair itself is very comfortable, nice lumbar support.

Your feedback means a lot to us.
Regarding the requirement for LED lights to be connected to a power source, we fully understand your desire for greater flexibility and less cable constraints. The current product design does indeed accommodate this, but we have noted your valuable suggestion regarding battery power and will forward it to our product development team as an important reference for future product upgrades.
Thank you again for your support!🌈

Red Chistmassy chair.
Patrick Posted
This chair is good. Not great. Although advertised for "Big & Tall", the padding on the seat is a bit insufficient for us big folk. Anyone buying this chair would be well advised to also pick up a tube of Lok-Tite as the screws tend to wok themselves out. After 3 tightenings, the screws that hold the back under the seat are finally holding, but the ones attaching the bracket to the back and the feet to the base still loosen.

Thank you for mentioning the issues with the seat cushion filling and screws.
If you feel the seat cushion is not thick enough, you can add a small soft pad on top of it.
Also, thank you for your effort in tightening the screws.
If this affects your normal use later, please contact our after-sales email: info@gtracing.com or call 877-236-5969.
Our after-sales customer service will help you.
