The Gunnar Echo computer glasses are great for blocking blue light and for helping with eye strain but the nose pads on this model fall out very easily. I lost one within the the first few weeks of use. The pads are only secured by slight tension and not by something more robust like a screw. While Gunnar's support team was responsive to my support request, they are not set up to send out replacement nose pads. Their warranty procedure requires me to ship the glasses to their facility, a procedure that doesn't make sense in my situation since I just need a replacement nose pad. So I am disappointed with this purchase on 2 levels: 1. the design flaw of nose pad that falls out easily on an otherwise quality product, and 2. the overly complicated warranty process that requires me to tempoararily give up my glasses in order to get a replacement part.
