Overall I really liked the product. I had issues with two of the arms popping and eventually breaking. Also, one of the leg skirts was missing from the shipment. Best buy was awesome getting in touch with the manufacturer about my issues. They did not have replacement parts so I could replace the broken arms (it is an easy switch out of the bracket arms) and they could not send me a leg cover (disappointed). However, they did refund $70 of the purchase price immediately after I agreed with their offer. So, I am going to keep it, repair it and use it in my side yard. I am glad it can be repaired, but disappointed that they do not have replacement parts in the event something like this happens. I cannot believe that this has never happened before. Thanks Best Buy - great job.
