Pretty decent workbench for the price.

The box came in with some damage to the side. After opening the box, I found a few metal parts were bent, so I had to unbend them before putting it together. The pegboard was a bit hard to put in. After it was all done, it wasn't as sturdy as I thought it would be. Still wobbles a little.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
