Absolutely Atrocious Software

Used this to save money - quite possible the worst piece of software I have ever used. Things do not populate or connect properly and you have to override - which then leads to cascading issues. It lags severely, you can't go directly to any form and have to endlessly click arrow keys, and it isn't even formatted to the screen properly.

Weird quirks, especially for business portion.

Business Application Incompatible with Windows 11 Intel Graphic Drivers. Shaders keep crashing on W11 Integrated graphics, after forcing program to run on Nvidia card it functions fine. There are a whole host of quirks, but is a lot cheaper and isn't subscription based. I can't recommend this for a weekend warrior tax person as it isn't plug and play.

This is the least expansive tax software, but if the users do not know how to navigate the program it causes a lot of headaches. The good benefits of this program are more complete for a small business person who can handle its effective tax reporting. We will buy it again.

I have been using H&R Block for 5 years, i used Turbotax for 20 years prior, H & R is less expensive and easier C to use.

Only Windows, Can't Upload PDF of Last Yrs Return

Only operates on Windows (didn't see that, can't return) and you cannot upload a pdf of last years return. It's 2024 and this software looks like it just came out in 1980.

This is software is not user Friendly! The walk through instructions is most confusing. this is the 3rd I tried this product for my small business, each time it never has saved me money. And did i mention it is very time consuming.
