Terrible, can't apply it online or calling automatically. Need to call customer service, and they could not figure it out for the longest time. Took an hour to apply to my account, and it was a nightmare as they needed me to disable autopay, and forgo half a month if service in order to apply it, or call back towards the end of billing cycle. I just choose to forgo it so I didn't have to call again, but luckily, it added onto my service.

I have tried purchasing this twice. Both times I have had great difficulty redeeming. The first time by a stroke of luck I got the code the second time after trying chat, going to the store, and talking to multiple people on the phone I was finally able to get the activation code. If you use H2O wireless, just buy it from the company, do purchase a code through here, it's not worth the hassle.

This refill did not work and they refused to refund my $30. Disappointed
