The game is great so far! Really fun to play with. The characters are great and i love the gameplay more than the original (The original is still great) but, it more flexible with actions. Buy this game!

This game runs super smooth and if you have the setup the 4k @120fps looks amazing.

Hades 2 is the gold standard and well worth the asking price. The game has so much style and polish. The story gets revealed a little at a time, making the repetition of runs never get stale. Beware, this game could consume all your free time for a good while!

**10/10 — An Absolute Masterpiece** Hades II takes everything that made the original Hades incredible and somehow manages to improve on nearly every aspect of it. The combat is fast, fluid, and ridiculously satisfying, with enough weapons, abilities, upgrades, and build combinations to make every run feel different. Experimenting with new combinations is genuinely fun rather than feeling like you're just chasing the same optimal setup every time. The art direction is phenomenal. Every environment, character, animation, and effect feels incredibly polished, and the soundtrack fits the action perfectly. The characters are especially well done—the writing, voice acting, and relationships give you a reason to actually care about what happens between runs instead of immediately rushing back into another attempt. What really impressed me is how well it works on Nintendo Switch. Hades is the type of game that feels made for a handheld, and Hades II is no different. Being able to pick it up, knock out a run, put it down, and come back later is perfect. At the same time, it's dangerously easy for "one more run" to turn into another two hours. The progression is incredibly addictive without feeling like a grind. Even when a run goes horribly wrong, you usually walk away having unlocked something, learned something, advanced the story, or discovered a new strategy. Very few roguelikes make failure feel this rewarding. If you enjoyed the original Hades, Hades II is an easy recommendation. I wanted to play a little bit of the first Hades first. This one did not disappoint at all. The game mechanics are interesting and very cool to play, also worth mentioning are the graphics and the fluidity of the game itself. Decided to give it to a friend via game share and now he just ordered his physical copy through BestBuy.

This game is incredible. Even if you never played the first one (you should) you will still enjoy this to the fullest. Great gameplay loop, awesome music and story and the art looks nice too.

Hades 2 on the Switch 2 is amazing. The art, story, characters, voice acting, gameplay, are all around great, and on the Switch 2 it runs at 1440p at a flawless 120 FPS on a capable TV. Looks really good on the portable screen as well at 1080p and also at 120 FPS. I definitely recommend this if you are into rouge lites and Greek mythology, this game can definitely fill some free time.

Bought this for my wife and she hasnt put it down. Watched her play for a bit and the mechanics are great and the visuals are superb. When she finishes it ill give it a play

After playing hades 1 I didn’t think they could do better then that … I was wrong, this game had been my favorite game played this year! Perfect for the switch 2 in handheld

Hades 2 is super fun! It reinvented the gameplay from the first with different weapons that you can wield which make it feel like familiar but completely new. I'm also very happy that the cartridge has the full game on it, as well as the NS1 version. That's why I bought this physically instead I'd digital, as I wanted to support supergiant and make sure other companies knew that game key cards are not the way to go

Incredible game. Best Buy has a great pickup service option in the app. This is the only Switch 2 game I know of where you can put the Switch 2 version of the cartridge in an original Switch or a Switch 2. Overall, easy transaction at a fair price for a great product and excellent service/app capabilities.

Awesome game. Really challenging sometimes, but it will keep you playing it for a while

I was a massive fan of the first Hades, and this is mostly two copies of that game in a trench coat, with some lovely refinements. The gameplay loop is just as rewarding, and the story is excellent with more mysteries and things to unlock. If I had any complaints, it might be that there's so much more to the game that it was a little overwhelming at first.

The color and art style is amazing, not much for Rogue-like games. But I do love Rouge from the X-Men, hehe. The music is good and the voice overs are very clear and English like. But this is still hard game if not used to it or not know what your doing, the power ups do help and changes things but again sometimes its hard to understand what does what and doesn't really go into detail on how or what works unless you've played the first one. Other good thing, is that this is an actual physical copy of the game, not them taking up space Key-cards.

So glad I waited for the physical copy! The art book is just gorgeous, and the soundtrack is as good as the original. The game is a blast; same base, different flavors that make it feel unique and just as engaging as the first game. I can't wait to keep playing.

This game is incredible! This cartridge works on Switch 1 and Switch 2. The rumor is that the Switch 2 carts cost about $20, but this physical gives you a key to download of the soundtrack. A little booklet too. This game is worth every penny!

One of the best game you could possibly own physically for the switch 2. I personally love the mechanics on H2 compared to H1
