This fits perfectly above my small range, while being plenty roomy inside. It works great. I like that the alarm stops when you open the door. You can speed set it by hitting the number of minutes and it will automatically start for that amount of time.

Just as stylish as it is functional I absolutely love this product. Very easy to use and cooks beautifully. Wasn’t sure if the brand before purchase….but I am now!

Met our requirements almost exactly for replacing the microwave in our RV. Haven't had a chance to use it yet.

WARNING: If you install this MW according to the MFG directions, you may not be able to open the door! Here's the issue. The entire front face is hinged as the door, and it wraps around on the left such that the hinge itself is set back from the front plane of the door. In order for the "door" to open, the entire unit must be set far enough forward for the hinge-proper to clear the front of the adjacent cabinet. This is not stated in any of the manuals, which actually depict it being installed with the front panel flush with the front plane of the adjacent cabinets. Again, this will not work. It must stick out far enough for the hinge to clear the adjacent cabinet. (Unless you have several inches of open space to the left of the unit.) Haier lists the depth of the MW at 16.5". IF your upper cabinets are a so-called "standard" 12" deep, it may install and operate as expected (though its front will not be flush with the plane of your cabinets - which you may or may not care about in terms of looks). If your upper cabinets are deeper (mine are 15" plus doors), it will be necessary to customize the mounting, and adapt the templates, to compensate. Also note that if the fan is used in recirculating mode, there is a charcoal filter which Haier recommends be replaced at least once every 6 months. But that filter cannot be accessed without uninstalling the unit, as you must remove the top cover of the MW to change the filter. Unfortunately there are few alternatives for a 24"-wide over-range microwave, and this one offers a nice range of features. I am rating it 3-stars because I haven't had it in use yet, to judge its performance as an appliance. So 2-stars off for the design problems and bad installation info; 3-stars for giving it the benefit of the doubt on performance. I would CONDITIONALLY recommend this to a friend.

This microwave is perfect for apartment. We needed the smaller width and they're hard to find. This microwave works great, has a light/nightlight too and a fan. Looks good in the kitchen. Very happy with this purchase.
