Am so blown away by these transfers the 4k clarity the black levels these are worth the purchase

What more can I say? This is a continuance to the other Halloween series that we all have seen. I especially love the scene where he is broken out of prison by the mystery man to this day people still question who that may have been. I would highly recommend this as it's fully entertaining and Michael keeps his knives sharpened as usual. This is a great movie to watch every year around October 31st.

The Divimax DVD release was decent, but looking at the new transfer Halloween 5 looks great. That said, this is definitely one of the weaker sequels. Coming out a year after The Return of Michael Myers the crew had zero time to pull together a script which lead to some weird plot points that didn't really get paid off. Pleasence brings it as Loomis, but Harris and Cornell get really shortchanged. I purchased it to complete my Scream Factory set, but for the casual fan I would stick the bluray.

Beautiful artwork for Halloween 5, Scream Factory did an outstanding job here.

Been waiting to grab this for a while and it was so worth it. Halloween 5 may statistically be the lesser scale of quality/fan favorite in the mess that is the Halloween Franchise. The mask is not great, the man behind the camera should have been directing this, the man in black debacle, and so much more validate this. Yet, for all of its flaws, I love this movie forever and now this edition has the alternate beginning along with so many amazing features, and a reallly nice makeover. It stands proudly in my collection.

This is a great pick up especially coming from Shout Factory but my only complaint about this set is that one the 4K is just the original theatrical version of the movie and my second complaint is that the blu ray is where all the features are and also I feel that the alternate opening should’ve been added to the movie as a alternate version instead of putting it in the bonus section on the blu ray disc everything that’s on the blu ray disc should also be included on the 4K disc aside from that it’s a great movie to revisit for any fan of the franchise!!!!

More Michael, More Killing, More Everything. A Classic.

Wow, I wasn’t sure if it was worth picking up these new 4k Halloween flicks, but if your a fan this is definitely the way to go. Looks great and the extras for 5 are on 5, you don’t have to put in a bonus disc to get the extras. If you don’t have it’s a no brained and if your a big Halloween fan this is the best it’s ever looked. Even the blu ray looks sharper.

This is neck and neck with Halloween Resurrection and RZ’s Halloween 2 for most unwatchable Halloween movie. Inexplicably bad is this film. The 4K version looks and sounds amazing, far better than this film deserves.

Not the best of the series but I seem to enjoy it more than other fans of the series. The 4K is great and that lost opening scene was awesome to see.

We finally see 5th installment in 4K yayyy...like most of us i dont dig the front cover...its hideous but who cares we got 5th in 4k and thats all it matters

Although this is the last watchable movie in the franchise (until the rob zombie remake) this movie doesn’t take itself too seriously which works for me.

Out of the 5 scream factory Halloween 4Ks this one is best looking. Almost digital looking plus with new opening sequence on the blu ray. It’s a win.

Halloween movie are Great movies... Add them in bright HDR and 4K rez and you got a very special night and alot of fun.

Halloween 5 pales comparison to its predecessor but thanks to the performances of Danielle Harris and Donald Pleasance it’s not that bad of a movie.

Awesome new picture and audio and with the additional of the original opening made this awesome

These sequels don’t give the best quality. But they sure are fun! At this time of year, nothing is better than good ol Michael Myers.

This movie has become a classic in the horror genre. I've grown to love it great movie! 4K brings this movie into 2021

Can't beat sometimes an old franchise horror. Yeah sure things are re done and sure you've seen it all before but still it's entertainment. Good film.

We know this movie is no good, but the new EXTRAS, the original opening, etc, that kind of makes up for it.
