Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently purchased the Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Professional-Style Deep Fryer with 2 Baskets from Best Buy, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. This deep fryer has exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the capacity is perfect for my family's needs. The 12-cup capacity allows me to cook large batches of food at once, which is especially convenient when hosting gatherings or preparing meals for my family. The dual baskets are a fantastic feature, allowing me to fry two different foods simultaneously without any flavor transfer. The build quality is top-notch. The combination of silver and black gives it a sleek, modern look that fits perfectly in my kitchen. The stainless steel construction not only looks great but also ensures durability and easy cleaning. The baskets are sturdy and the handles stay cool, making it safe and easy to handle hot food. One of the standout features is the temperature control. The adjustable temperature dial allows for precise cooking, ensuring that my food is always cooked to perfection. Whether I'm making crispy fries, golden chicken tenders, or deliciously fried fish, this fryer delivers consistent results every time. The ready light indicator is a helpful addition, letting me know exactly when the oil is at the perfect temperature for frying. Cleanup is a breeze with this fryer. The removable parts are dishwasher safe, and the non-stick surface makes it easy to wipe down any spills or splatters. I also appreciate the built-in oil filtration system, which helps extend the life of the oil and keeps it cleaner for longer. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Professional-Style Deep Fryer. It offers exceptional performance, quality, and convenience. I highly recommend this deep fryer to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient appliance for their kitchen. Five stars all the way!

I’m really impressed with this fryer. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and gives a perfect crisp every time. The size is just right for family meals, and the stainless steel design feels sturdy and easy to clean. The basket is easy to lift, and the oil drains well without making a mess.

Hands up and down this is one of the best cooking devices I have bought. I have deep fried chicken to perfection with this Hamilton Beach. It took awhile for me to research the best and here it is. It’s stainless steel, I can fry different items on each side. When using this deep fryer my fried food is golden brown. I have used pots on the stove, over fried chicken and cast iron skillets and nothing worked. When I bought this air fryer from Best Buy I won the lottery. I could t stop using it. I had to put the device away and start using my stove again.

I am so excited that Best Buy for this product, bigger capacity and more efficient, less cooking time than the last one. We donated the first one to a family member who didn't have one.

This product is a great little fryer. The double baskets are a plus and the suggested fry times are spot on for crispy golden fried food.

[Employee of bestbuy] Great deep fryer for someone who wants to fry some wings for the occasional football game or for dinner. The double basket makes it great to be able to cook 2 things at a time, and is really easy and simple to use

Hamilton Beach - 12 Cup Professional-Style Deep Fryer with 2 Baskets - Silver/Black It’s perfect for party and easy to use. Save time for cooking. I like it.

Although it uses much oil, I love how the food comes to a crisp. It's big enough to make the frying process go fast. Real simple to use. I love it!

No fancy re iee needed. Have fried various things, and it works well. Having 2 baskets is nice so tou can fry 2 different items at same time. Too bad they are in the same oil though.

Love the fryer but it needs a longer cord. I fried chicken in it and it was delicious!
