I was really excited to get this rice cooker. My daughter loves rice and this would make it easier on my wife and I because we're having to make it very often. It made the perfect rice in very little time. It's very simple to use. All of the components were easy to clean. Too bad it lasted less than 2 weeks. I may have used it about 4 or 5 times since receiving it. Then one day it wouldn't turn on when I plugged it in. Did some troubleshooting but no luck getting it working again. Like the saying goes, "It was good while it lasted".

Beautifully designed with appropriate color. Power efficient and large enough to cook rice for a big family. Easy to clean and store. Durable and good quality product and price friendly.

Have had this a month now and it's exceeded my expectations. I bought this for steaming and for the size. I've now made rice, vegetables, soups, oatmeal with fruit, quinoa, lentils, farro and bulgur in this thing. It hasn't burned anything and I'm just happy with the ease of use and what it can accommodate. So far it has cooked evenly and have had no issues.

I mainly use this cooker for large groups on retreats etc. For a large family or groups I don’t think the product can be be beat. It’s a good value for the money even if you only use it on rare occasions. It cooks Rice perfectly and I particularly like the keep warm feature. I don’t know how this product will hold up overtime, but I don’t for see an issue.
