While it was an adjustment to have to use coarse (percolator) ground coffee, I honestly cannot see myself going back to any other maker. Cleanup is a breeze, and coffee quality is excellent. The only downside is the brew time of 40 minutes per full pot, but the wait is well worth it.

Met all my expectations. I purchased to use for an office mtg and am so glad I did.

The dispenser handle broke off the cofee urn after we used it twice. I tried to get the replacement part but Hamitlon Beach discontinued it. We bought it for $80.00 and used it twice and now we can not use it at all. Hamilton Beach should not be selling these if they can not replace the parts.
