A: If you put oven on broil. Set temperature to 375 degrees and watch it brown then flip and do the other side. You can make toast.

A: Thank you for your question. This unit is great for roasting chicken, beef or pork. It will hold up to a 5 lb chicken, 3-3.5 lb beef roast or 3-3.5 lb pork roast when using rotisserie function.

A: No--10 x 10 good. I baked a casserole in the 10 x 10--it turned out very well.
