Works great. Has single cup brewer that is just like a keurig. Or brew a whole pot on left. I had the old model of it and they really upgraded.

Had to replace my keurig duo, decided to change it up and go with this brand. Worth it! Coffee doesn’t spill whenever you are pouring your cup.

For years, I have only had coffee makers for a 5 or 10 cup pot. This is a new venture for me. I did my research first, looking at reviews in YouTube. I went with this model. I had to learn something new, but it didn't take long. It is easy to use. I love it.

I just got this updated version of one i bought at a thrift store. Its a great coffee maker. Brews quickly for Kcups as well as regular pots of coffee. For the price you cannot beat this machine.

This is a great coffee maker. There's not one thing i dont like about it. It's easy to program, i love the pause so you can pour a cup while its still brewing.

I really like this coffee machine. It's great to have the option for single serve or carafe. You can use traditional coffee filters for the pot, you can use kcups for the single-serve, or there's a small reusable basket filter for the single-serve side if you want to use your own coffee instead of kcups. It's easy to clean and has held up well for over a year so far.

I like that I can do tea or coffee. I like that you don't have to use the little flavored cups. It only takes a few seconds to make a cup of tea. I wish the water was hotter for the tea side. You can drink it right away, no need to let it cool down and it gets cool fast. Not hot like using a tea pot. I also don't like that both sides don't work indecently. It turns off the coffee warmer, if you want to make a cup of tea. If you don't remember to turn the coffee back on when the tea is done the coffee will be cold for the next person. Bad design there. All in all it servers the purpose of my husband having coffee and me having tea.

Overall, this is a good product. My only complaint is the single cup brewer has a habit of getting clogged up very frequently.

This coffee maker is amazing! Quiet and easy to use and clean. Both drip and single cup are awesome. The adapter for the single cup to not have to use K-Cups is a great touch. The only issue we have with it is the graduations for the reservoir for the drip are REALLY hard read. Black reservoir, black steps, and black raised numbers. Have to use a flashlight to see them. Literally the only issue we have with it.

I really like this Hamilton Beach 3 way coffee maker. It is versatile in the way you can make coffee. You can make full pot, single serve cup or tall mug. You can use kcups or your own coffee. This is my second Hamilton Beach 3 way. The other lasted more than 10 years. Only reason fir purchase is the lid to water chamber broke. Extra benefit with Best Buy we used Best Biy Visa reward dollars to cut the price in half!!

Good working machine. Only drawback is the temperature of beverages. Have to reaheat my beverage. Love the dual abilities.

I had bought the older model of this coffee pot 4 years ago and my wife and I loved it. We decided to upgrade (our old one still works just fine) and we like this one even more. Brews a pot of coffee with cold water in about 12 minutes or hot water in about 8 mins. We love this model because of the water reservoir for the single serve, the old one you had to fill your cup up with how much water you wanted to brew with. This one holds quite a bit of water so we can brew multiple single cups off it. The single serve brews in about 1 min. Very pleased with our purchase!

This is great. Works well, love being able to brew a single cup that is ready by the time I can get the filter and coffee set up for the carafe. Can't run both at same time, but works out very well. So I'm sipping coffee while the pot is brewing.
