I have owned many crock pots over the years. Most just had a knob with high, low, and warm. So this was definitely a learning curve for me. I like how I. A set the amount hours for it to cook and then it switches itself to warm after that time. There are so many options that I haven’t tried yet, but excited to.

LOVE THIS SLOW COOKER! Works perfectly, makes delicious food, looks great. And best of all its consistently good! The new clasps (as opposed to the older models) really work well and are a breeze to clip on and off. To be honest, we don't really use the variable setting. It seemed like a good idea but maybe we have become more organized over time. That said, I'm sure it'll come in handy one day.

Wish I bought one earlier. Has helped us eat in more with our busy schedules, and has made finding recipes fun.

Good crockpot. Have not used the Flex cooking function yet, but nice to have just in case. Minus 1 star because the text on the LCD panel is very small and hard to read when programming.
