We have encountered many different brands of coffee makers. Most of them have been difficult to use under the kitchen cabinets. The front fill is super. The fact the the basket also rotates from the front means that the maker stays in place - no back-and-forth from the wall. The brew choices are helpful. The most outstanding part of the maker is the "no spill" spout. I think every maker we have ever used has problems with pouring. So I was skeptical when the description indicated no spill. Skepticism resolved!

I really don't like the design. I prefer an open maker, don't like this "cubby hole" design. Used it twice, put it back in the box and got a basic Mr. Coffee

A little larger than I wanted to but very nice looking. Just enough features for everyday use. Huge capacity, and I like the feature to pour in the water on top at front. It can also use a re-usable filter so that is a plus.

I purchased this from another retailer but think anyone interested in this coffee pot should know our experience. We initially loved it- no issues, great design and look. However after just four months, one morning it just stopped working. We tried everything to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t. We contacted HB who told us since we didn’t keep the receipt, they couldn’t help us. Maybe if the products weren’t made so poorly we wouldn’t have needed to keep the receipt! So beware if you do buy this, keep the receipt because you will inevitably need it when it breaks. Or better yet, buy a different coffeemaker from a different brand!
