Not as good as using an actual iron but will do the semi bare minimum

It was easy to use, it got hot fast. It works like it should. It gets wrinkles out fast, conton takes a moment and demin a little longer, we are happy with it.

This is a nice steamer because the pole collapses for easier storage. It would be nicer if you could clip garments on, but it is nice to have a place for your own hangers. Recommend getting a heat proof glove to use with it.

Bought this to sterilize my house from fleas, filled up 1/3 vinegar and the rest water and it killed them on contact! Also made my pillow back couch look absolutely amazing, smoothing out all the wrinkles. Have used heavily and often because now im just obsessed with it and its working fantastically!

I want to give it a 5-star but the steam wasn't continuously flowing. I would have to work the host to get the steam to flow nicely. I'm comparing this with the small hand-held travel-size steamer. I think the the smaller one do a better job if you have one or two items to tackle. This one is better when you have a load of laundry to do, which save you time from filling the water.

Takes about 15 to 20 minutes to heat up. Have to have the unit hanging high for the steam to come out.

The concept is easy. I had used my sisters & wanted my own but to my surprise, mine came used & with some mold in the tank thanks to whoever used & returned it.

Works great! Just what I expected & wanted. No more ironing. Heats up fast. easy to use. very satisfied.

The steamer sometimes doesnt unwrinkle my clothes however it does it job most of the time. Sometimes its just hard to use it when you use the pole to hang your clothes for steaming.

I got this just a few months ago and the steam doesn’t come out consistently! Waste of money and time!

It's easy to move out from the closet to anywhere in the apartment.

It doesn’t work well—it splashes a lot of water, and the iron doesn’t effectively remove wrinkles from clothes.
