I absolutely love this griddle. If you follow instructions and season it even though it’s preseason but season it as they tell you to and then clean it with a little bit of water every time you use it while it’s still warm everything will come off and you can cook bacon and eggs and hamburgers. Anything you want on it and it will not stick you just have to follow instructions. And I use avocado oil on mine. It seems to be the best.

I got this to make breakfast on it but its not good for that. The egg sticks to it and is hard to get off. Plug it is heavy. It could be useful to cook meats. I returned it

I absolutely love this! It heats up super fast and cooks everything evenly — pancakes, eggs, bacon, you name it. Cleanup is so easy, and the nonstick surface actually works! Perfect for breakfast or even quick dinners. I’ve been using it almost every day and it hasn’t disappointed once. Totally worth it — highly recommend!

Had older ceramic griddle that was super hard to clean. Once "seasoned", this cast iron is SO much better it doesn't even compare. Won't be buying ceramic anymore.

Even though this product is heavy, it is an excellent addition to my kitchen. Cooks bacon so well & fries burgers, chops perfect. Easy to clean up. No soap on cast iron. Only negative is the weight. I am happy with this product.

This is SOOOOO much better than the cheap $40 non-stick griddles. This thing is HEAVY! Which means the iron hold the het really well. Heat distribution is reasonably even. The controls are solid and cord is heavy duty. I expect tis thing to last until I stop cooking.

Love it! This is the most versatile kitchen accessory i have ever owned. Heavy but very sturdy. Would buy agaim.

Cook's evenly and brown's incredibly especially compared to my previous unit. I also like that I can remove the top for easy cleaning.

I eyed this product for a lo-ng time and was excited to then make the purchase. I'm sure it is a great product, however, it was too heavy for me to handle the Cast Iron plate piece. Had to return for another product.

This griddle is great! I love that the cast iron top is removable which makes it easy to clean. It's also great that the plug is built into it since the last griddle I had, the plug had to be inserted and constantly be readjusted while cooking.

This is the greatest griddle i have owned All the advantages of a cast iron skillet in a griddle . GRET SIZE FOR 2 TO 4 PEOPLE

This griddle matches our desire for a non-toxic griddle for inside our home. The unit was purchased as new and delivered to our home. Upon opening, this unit was used, packaging damaged and still covered in burnt on food. Extremely disappointed in Best Buy quality control in sending out a unit that was not inspected. The interior packaging still contained the personal information of the previous purchaser. Best Buy’s outsourced online help agreed to replace it but it does not resolve the fact that we had a used food product enter our home and now have to repackage and send out. Please be aware of the condition of your product when it arrives. Regrettably we will not be using Best Buy any further and this is an example of another brick and mortar chain that may not survive due to lack of concern for their processing.

I would give it a 5 if it got a little hotter but it isn't bad.. does a nice job on everything I put on it.
