Q: Does it have a delayed start option?
A: No the unit does not have delayed start. It starts when set and cooks for time set then switches to warm mode. After 12 hrs (I think is max time) the unit will shut off for safety.
A: You can choose high or low cooking temp and then you choose the length of cooking time. It starts cooking at the moment you set these choices. When the time expires, the unit switches to warm, but it will turn off after a max time is reached (I think 12 hrs).
