Harison Recumbent Bike Excellence Review
Overall, very good product for the money. Assembly was easier than I anticipated. I did have one part, the tension control knob that failed. I reached out to Harison and Nora, their rep, took excellent care of me. She helped me identify the part that was needed and shipped out to my home quickly. Really appreciated her attention to my issue.
