The product is functional and performs as expected. It provides strong suction power, though it is noticeably loud at maximum speed, which is not often necessary. Installation can be challenging due to the unit’s size and weight. The mounting screw locations are not easily accessible, and the absence of an installation template requires the hood to be held in place to mark the screw positions, making installation more difficult. This is a large hood, and when installed at a standard under-cabinet height commonly used in builder homes, there is a possibility for taller users (approximately 5'8" or above) to bump their head on the corners while moving around while cooking
