So I bought 6 of these $30 cards on the 11th and just redeemed them now, the 29th, now that my Google third party account was cancelled and expired (you can't use these gift cards on 3rd party billed accounts). I plugged them all in and now I'm all paid out for a year?.... NO. I'm good until the 23rd... but what about my missing 6 days? It's because HBO doesn't bill these $30 Gift Cards as 2 months of service they bill them as $15 for 30 days. So each $30 gift card is good for 60 days and not 2 months which means on all the months in the year that are 31 days... HBO cuts you off from that 31st day and uses your next batch of 30 days. Its only a few days, but people should be aware of this.

Great gift idea for those family members that seem to show up at the house whenever a certain series comes on .....GoT...Westworld...

Card works so no complaints. Sometimes it is nice to not have a CC on file with all the breaches going on.

Purchased these for a couple of friends and think they’re a good value, $25 worth of service for $20!

This ended up being a last minute gift for a friend and it was received with applause. Easy to setup, HBO at this time does not force you to add a credit card when creating the account. I bought two which will last them three months.

I purchased several of these cards on sale. In order to redeem them, I had to wait for our HBO sub to end. Then resub using these cards as payment. Not Best Buy’s fault but did make it more annoying to redeeem. Removed one star bc of issues redeeming on HBO site. I was able to renew after a month when the sub ended

I love when the HBO gift cards go on sale usually during Black Friday! It saves some money, I'm able to renew my account for cheaper, and it makes a great gift as well! Especially if you have friends/family that want to watch HBO but can't afford it, these sales are worth picking them up! Also, I've never had a problem with the codes not working, so far so good!

Easy to transfer to your hbo now account. Great purchase to make around Black Friday season.. usually can find a decent discount. Have yet to use the card but come the new and last season of Game Of Thrones it will certainly come in handy. Great gift choice for anyone who enjoys streaming.

This card has just enough credit that it if you time it well with your free HBO trial, it can be used to ensure that you have HBO for the entirety of a season of Game of Thrones. I am definitely using one for the final season for GOT!

My husband and I bought these so we could watch HBO for the next few months to re-watch Game Of Thrones before the premier of the new season in April. Any time you can buy a gift card for less than the face value of the gift card..... how can you say it isn't a great deal?

I was able to get this gift card for $15! It basically amounted to received a half-month of HBO free. You simply follow their instructions and then it gives you $25 worth of membership (about 45 days.)

No brainer if you get a discount off the face value. Only problem was you had to wait until your existing account is expired before you can use it. Had to wait for my free one week trial was over and auto renew was off. Slight annoyance. If you don't have an existing account then this will not matter.

If you were subscribing HBO NOW through apple itunes like me you have to let your previous subscription expire before you can add these gift cards to your account. bought three during cyber monday for a good sale and applied them after I let my initial subscription expired.

This was a gift for a friend for the holiday season every time I see me tell me about something new he watched on HBO hes quite happy with it and so is his whole family I always say when not sure to get somebody something get him a gift card

The one thing is that the browser doesn't save where you're at if you're in a show and so if the browser crashes, you may have some issues, but that's the only major problem. The actual card worked fine.
